Parish Pastoral Council

The purpose of the Parish Pastoral Council is to foster full participation of the entire parish in the life and mission of the parish and of the Universal Church. The parish faith community participates in this mission by: Worshiping God; Creating and nurturing Christian Community; Growing in Faith and Holiness; Serving those in need, especially the poor. Father Philip M. Forlano

Ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in 2003, Father Forlano was named the pastor of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in 2018.  He has previously served as an assistant pastor at St. Stanislaus Parish, Lansdale, the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, and St. Agnes Parish, West Chester.

Mrs. Molly Quinn

Mrs. Quinn has been the principal of St. Charles Borromeo School since July 2023.  With more than twenty years of experience as an educator and administrator, Mrs. Quinn has taught in both the Catholic and public school systems at the elementary and high school levels.  Her administrative experience draws from both sectors as well.


Deacon Louis Quaglia

Deacon Lou was ordained a permanent deacon in 2013. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry and is retired. Deacon Lou and his wife Marian are long-time St. Charles parishioners. Their four children, Michele, Danielle, Michael, and Christopher, attended St. Charles Borromeo School.

Tracey E. Connell

Tracey is a lifelong parishioner and a 1987 graduate of St. Charles Borromeo School. She has been a St. Charles CCD/PREP teacher for the past twenty years. Tracey has been involved in many aspects of parish life, including the Board of Limited Jurisdiction, and wants to give back to the parish that has given her so much.

Pat has been a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish for 42 years. In addition to the Parish Pastoral Council, she is active in the following ministries: Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Lector, PREP (first grade teacher), and choir. Pat also raises funds to support the needy of our parish by selling the ham and turkey raffle tickets. She has been married for 42 years to her husband Philip and has one daughter Tricia. Pat is also a substitute teacher for the Bensalem Township School District.


Araceli Cruz

Araceli Cruz has been a member of Saint Charles Borromeo Parish for over 25 years. She is married with three children and three grandchildren. Araceli is an accountant who loves serving and representing her church.


Dr. Colleen Mooney

Colleen is a lifelong parishioner and a 1996 graduate of St. Charles Borromeo School. She is currently the Chair of the Development Committee of the St. Charles Board of Limited Jurisdiction and the Secretary of the Pastoral Council. Colleen has served our parish in a variety of roles, including lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, livestreamer, and website manager. She is a math teacher, gifted case manager, and director of the Speech and Debate Team at William Tennent High School. She appreciates the opportunity to utilize her leadership and technology skills for the benefit of her parish family.


Mary DeLorenzo

Mary holds a B.S. in Business Administration. She has been a member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish for over 44 years. Mary is actively involved in parish activities. She is a lector, choir member, Scrip office volunteer, and counter. Mary has worked on Hospitality Sundays, Potluck, spaghetti dinners, Chunk A Change, and whenever and wherever she has been needed.


Danielle Quaglia Piedra

Danielle was born and raised in St. Charles Borromeo Parish. She attended St. Charles Borromeo School and received all of her sacraments in our church.  As an adult, Danielle has been an active member of the music ministry for over ten years as a cantor and a member of both the English and Spanish choirs. Danielle enjoys the opportunity to represent her church family that has had such a positive impact on her life.

Jim and his wife Sharon have been members of St. Charles Borromeo Parish for 17 years. Their two children, Jimmy and Summer, grew up playing CYO sports for St. Charles and Sharon taught CCD for several years. Jim appreciates the opportunity to serve our parish in this capacity.
