This has been a quick year and we have had many special events such as our annual Christmas pageant and the Living Rosary for Pro-Life. Our program has grown the past few years and we have had to make some changes to accommodate more students.
As in the past, our weekly PREP classes will be held on Wednesday evenings 6:30- 8:00 PM September through May 2025. Classes are held for children in Levels 1- Teen OCIA. We have added an afternoon session on Wednesday afternoons 4:10-5:40 PM. The levels are limited at this time. Teen PREP is only available during the evening session. Because this is new for us, we must have at least eight students for each class. If not, students will have to come for the evening session.

Families are obligated to attend the family get-togethers on four Family Catechesis Sundays and complete five Faith Filled activities. This is an integral part of the curriculum. Therefore, the Sunday meetings are mandatory. If for some reason, you are unable to attend, you must contact the Prep Office to make other arrangements.
As we began a few years ago, families will come together on four Sunday mornings throughout the school year for “family catechesis”. We will gather for Mass and meet in the school cafeteria afterwards. The gathering after Mass will last about an hour and will include time to pray together, review the lessons, and work on a family project. Catechists will be on hand to help.
Each family will also complete five “Faith-filled events”. There are dozens to choose from and, for some, you don’t even have to leave your home! Some examples are: attend a weekday Mass, watch a video on Formed.org, or make “thinking of you” cards for the homebound. A calendar of events will be sent home at the beginning of the PREP school year and posted on the PREP page of the parish website.
All registration will be online this year. No walk-in registrations will be permitted. If you are unable to register on your computer or phone, please contact the PREP Office to make arrangements to come in and sign-up. Registration will open up the week of February 25th for the PREP school year 2024-2025. To register, go to the parish website and click on the We Share icon. It will open to the church donation page. Scroll to PREP registration and fill out the registration form.

Este ha sido un año rápido y hemos tenido muchos eventos especiales, como nuestro desfile anual de Navidad y el Rosario Viviente por Pro-Vida. Nuestro programa ha crecido en los últimos años y hemos tenido que hacer algunos cambios para dar cabida a más estudiantes.
Como en el pasado, nuestras clases PREP semanales se llevarán a cabo los miércoles por la noche de 6:30 a 8:00 p.m. de septiembre a mayo de 2025. Las clases se llevan a cabo para niños en los Niveles 1 - Teen OCIA. Hemos agregado una sesión por la tarde los miércoles de 4:10 a 5:40 p.m. Los niveles son limitados en este momento. Teen PREP solo está disponible durante la sesión de la tarde. Como esto es nuevo para nosotros, debemos tener al menos ocho estudiantes por clase. En caso contrario, los estudiantes tendrán que venir a la sesión de la trade.

Se enviará a casa un calendario de eventos al comienzo del año escolar PREP y se publicará en la página PREP del sitio web de la parroquia.
Todas las inscripciones se realizarán en línea este año. No se permitirán inscripciones sin cita previa. Si no puede registrarse en su computadora o teléfono, comuníquese con la oficina de PREP para hacer los arreglos necesarios para ingresar e inscribirse.
