Altar Server Registration

Any St. Charles parishioner currently enrolled in St. Charles Borromeo School,  St. Charles Borromeo Religious Education Program, or a private Catholic school who is in at least 3rd grade and has received First Holy Communion, is invited to become an altar server. One of the oldest lay ministries of the Church, altar servers, through their assistance to the priest and their reverent participation in the Mass, help the faithful more fully celebrate the miracle of the Eucharist.

Please complete the form below and return it to your teacher at St. Charles School or to Fr. Forlano at the Parish Office. All forms are requested no later than Wednesday, October 9, 2024.  There will be TWO mandatory one-hour training sessions for all new servers.  If you have trained previously but want a refresher, please sign up for training again. All training sessions will begin in the church.  To help servers become comfortable serving, we will also assign each new server to a team with more experienced servers.  All current servers are asked to fill out the registration form to confirm and/or update his or her contact information.
