Through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs, businesses AND individuals who are subject to PA taxes can redirect their liability by funding need-based scholarships for the school(s) of your choice and receive a 90% tax credit refund.
